Is it really that difficult people?

Treehugger reported that 23% of people in the USA don’t recycle. First of all let me say that I am impressed by that number. I certainly would have thought the majority of people do not recycle (what a skeptic!), but in turns out they do. To which I have to say to the rest of you: What’s your problem?

I do think we should exercise the beauty that is democracy and make it a law to recycle, since the majority of us do already. We could take the money made from ticketing the other 23% of us and buy some more recycle bins for the office. What do you say?
